SBAP User: A SBAP User of our website is one that is downloading one of our free photos, panoramas, or videos. A SBAP User must be a non-for profit or non-commercial user that intends to use the download for their personal use. SBAP Users may crop the photos but may not remove or move the logo and the logo must remain in place and part of the cropped photo. Videos may not be edited and logos must be retained. These products may be integrated into media or embedded in other media as long as the media is not used for advertisements, monetization, or for profit or commercialization in any way. To use our media in such a way please adhere to our Professional Use Policy.

Professional: A Professional is a person or business is a User that intends to use our website or products for monetization, advertisement, for profit, or commercialization in any way. These Users may not download free products. Professional Users receive edited products that are of the highest fidelity and quality, they are fee of any logos, and a Professional may use the product in any way on a one time basis (meaning it may be used in several different publications at one time, but may not be used over and over or indefinitely).
